The DESMI systems are intended for use in both the military and commercial sectors. We are a preferred supplier of systems for fixed and rotary wing aircrafts as well as for ground vehicles and static equipment. Each system is specifically designed for pumping, filtering and dispensing of fuel for military and naval use.
The ship based helicopter refueling system is used for pressure and gravity fueling of aircrafts on board Naval Vessels, and the system is also fitted with a
facility to defuel the aircrafts. The refueling system comprises a pump filter module, dispenser module, and a control system

The Helicopter In Flight Refuelling system is designed and manufactured by DESMI. Utilising the experience with the Group, DESMI offers a system that is designed for ease of installation and maintenance. The system is in two parts. The below deck system that links the aviation fuel tanks through a Filter Water Separator (FWS) to a deck plate. Normally a further link into the Aircraft Hanger for ground refuelling is installed but is not covered by this pamphlet. The below deck system is unique to each ship type and our engineers are happy to assist shipyards build the most effective system for the type of ship.
